Business Development & Field Sales Executive
We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated junior sales professional to grow ALIFBA's corporate client network. If you enjoy meeting businesses, building relationships and finding new opportunities, we would like to hear from you.

What you will do
- Visit offices, typing centres, SMEs and other businesses across Abu Dhabi to introduce ALIFBA services.
- Find new B2B clients and build lasting relationships with corporate decision-makers.
- Promote translation, legal documentation support, PRO, visa and business setup services.
- Develop referral and outsourced-service partnerships with business service providers.
- Follow up on leads and quotations, coordinate with the operations team and track results.
- Maintain accurate daily visit reports and customer follow-up records.
Who we are looking for
- Currently based in Abu Dhabi and willing to conduct daily face-to-face client visits.
- Good spoken English and confident communication with business clients.
- Junior candidates and motivated freshers are welcome; B2B field sales experience is an advantage.
- Existing valid UAE residence visa preferred; employment is subject to an appropriate work permit.
- Arabic, Hindi or Malayalam is an advantage.
- Basic email, spreadsheet and WhatsApp skills; UAE driving licence is an advantage, not mandatory.
What we offer
Fixed salary plus performance-based sales commission, practical training, sales support, development opportunities and employment benefits in accordance with UAE law. ALIFBA will arrange the appropriate work permit, subject to eligibility and approval.
